Happy 2nd Birthday, Ethan! He was having a Dora/Diego theme birthday bash. He's a cute little munchkin, so I was happy to do this cake for him. This is my first waterfall cake.... it was a very fun cake to make.
Close up of the waterfall...which is made of blue piping gel. Fish and river rocks are gumpaste/fondant.
The palm trees are made of pretzels and fondant/gumpaste. The snake is made of gumpaste. 
The elephant, donkey and giraffe are Dora/Diego plastic figurines. 
Diego and the number "2" are waxed candles. The birthday sign is made of gumpaste and the message is written with edible pens.White cake with classic almond buttercream.
